About PCMP

A Better Approach to Healthcare Marketing

We're a healthcare-only marketing agency, not a generalist shop with a medical page. Everything we do is built to grow one thing: patient volume for urgent care and primary care clinics.

Dr.. Bot the Marketer-01

Our Story

A Team That Knows Healthcare Marketing

Patient Care Marketing Pros was built for clinic owners who are time-poor and skeptical of agencies that overpromise. We sell one thing: a connected patient-acquisition system, SEO, Google & Meta ads, conversion-built websites, and HIPAA-compliant tracking, run as a system instead of disconnected tactics.

Every campaign, page, and report is managed by our own team based in Birmingham, Alabama. Nothing is outsourced, pricing is public, and we talk in the numbers that pay your bills, cost per patient and patients per day, not vanity metrics.

What We Stand For

How we work, and why clinics stay

Six commitments that shape every campaign, page, and report we ship.

BOT

In-house, never outsourced

One team owns your SEO, ads, web, and tracking, so there's no finger-pointing and no siloed vendors.

Urgent Care

Healthcare-only specialists

Urgent care and primary care is all we do. The work is built for clinics, not generic businesses.

Cost

Transparent by default

Public pricing from $995/mo, clear metrics, and plain language. You pay Google directly, with no markup.

Service

Proof over adjectives

We lead with real client assets and the numbers behind them, cost per patient, patients per day, rankings.

ABOUT - One Connected System

One connected system

Search, ads, web, and tracking compound when they run together. We tie them into a single growth engine.

Support

A real partnership

Independent clinics are our core, not a small fish at a giant agency. You get senior attention and honest advice.

We talk in the numbers that pay your bills: cost per patient and patients per day, not vanity metrics.

Everything handled in-house, in Birmingham, Alabama.

With over 25 years of experience across both nonprofit and corporate sectors, Kimberly brings a well-rounded and strategic approach to business operations. Her expertise spans Finance, Human Resources, Sales Management, and Marketing & Advertising—allowing her to connect the dots between people, performance, and profitability.

Known for her ability to bring clarity to complexity, she ensures the business runs efficiently while keeping both team members and numbers aligned.

Beyond the numbers, Kimberly is a true relationship-builder with a love for creating meaningful experiences—both in and outside of the workplace. When she's off the clock, you'll likely find her traveling with her husband, soaking up sunshine with her toes in the sand and saltwater in her hair—living life as if “It's 5 o'clock somewhere!”

At home, she enjoys time with her family and her beloved furbabies, who keep life entertaining (and occasionally unpredictable). A self-proclaimed home décor enthusiast, Kimberly is always dreaming up her next design project—often rearranging spaces and thrifting for those collectible pieces just for the fun of it (much to her husband's amusement).

She's a fan of the classics—especially the Aliens and Jaws trilogies—and is convinced that Sheldon from The Big Bang Theory would absolutely be her best friend if given the chance. Still sitting at the top of her bucket list? Diving with Great Whites.

Stacey AveryFinance & Administrative Specialist

Stacey Avery brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to the PCMP team. Having worked across so many areas of business, she has a sharp understanding of how teams and systems work together.

While she's held management roles, Stacey thrives behind the scenes—providing clear, accurate information that keeps operations running smoothly and teams aligned. She finds fulfillment in supporting others and strengthening the structure that allows great work to happen.

Outside of work, she channels her creativity into designing spaces around her home—including her own 3,000-square-foot deck—and growing rare plants in her garden. Her Mountain Cur, Journie Dawn, proudly holds the title of her beloved child and constant companion.

Hannah GreenMarketing Director

With experience in graphic design and digital marketing, Hannah brings both creative vision and strategic insight to everything she touches. As the Marketing Director for Patient Care Marketing Pros, she leads all in-house marketing initiatives—ensuring that our brand voice is cohesive, human, and powerfully positioned across every platform.

She oversees our presence on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, driving digital content strategy in close collaboration with our SEO and Paid Ads teams to maximize both organic and paid performance.

Additionally, she directs our internship program—developing opportunities for aspiring professionals and maintaining strong relationships with local colleges.

When she's not creating content, you'll find her hanging out with her cat, Mews, snapping photos of hot dogs (just for the bit), and finding creative ways to reduce her screentime—usually by reading, watching bad reality TV or Netflix documentaries, making art, or spending quality time with friends.

Janie TaylorMarketing Coordinator

Janie brings creativity, organization, and attention to detail to the Patient Care Marketing Pros team as the Marketing Coordinator. A graduate of the University of Montevallo with a BFA in Graphic Design, she supports PCMP's internal marketing efforts through social media coordination, podcast editing, video creation, and content support.

From helping manage PCMP's social media presence to editing Walk-Ins Welcome podcast content and creating videos that highlight the brand, Janie plays an important role in keeping our marketing consistent, polished, and engaging. Whether she's coordinating social posts, editing a podcast clip, creating video content, or helping bring a new marketing idea to life, Janie brings thoughtful care to every task.

When she's not working on marketing projects, Janie enjoys low-key evenings with her orange tabby cat, Blaze, grabbing dinner with friends, and catching up on her favorite shows, like The Crown, Parks and Recreation, and The Office. She's a big fan of Christmas movies (yes, even in July), Gilmore Girls, HGTV, and all things Bravo. She loves decorating on a budget, binge-watching Netflix, and diving into DIY projects—especially painting and refinishing furniture to give old pieces new life.

Her happy place is the beach or Disney World, but she calls Birmingham home, where she lives with her husband John (they've moved six times!), their two awesome kids, and their fluffy Cavachon sidekick, Daisy.

Team Mascot

BotThe Marketer

BEEP BEEP BOOP... Bot the Marketer is the beloved (and slightly chaotic) mascot of Patient Care Marketing Pros. Designed for fun and built for brand vibes, Bot shows up everywhere—on social media, in webinars, across swag items, and even in the occasional marketing deck when nobody’s looking.

Equal parts mascot, morale booster, and honorary team member, Bot helps humanize the PCMP brand while keeping things light, fun, and just a little bit weird. He’s known for dropping in on content campaigns with a timely boop boop beep, photobombing team graphics, and making surprise cameos at industry webinars.

He’s got a habit of clicking buttons he probably shouldn’t, photobombing internal decks, and occasionally pretending he’s the CEO—strictly for morale, of course. Bot is always game for a good office party, especially if snacks are involved.

What keeps him up at night? Boring content, 404 errors, and—his personal nemesis—declining engagement rates. Nothing gives this bot digital heartburn faster than a flat campaign or an underperforming post.
