With over 25 years of experience across both nonprofit and corporate sectors, Kimberly brings a well-rounded and strategic approach to business operations. Her expertise spans Finance, Human Resources, Sales Management, and Marketing & Advertising—allowing her to connect the dots between people, performance, and profitability.

As Finance and Administrative Director, Kimberly plays a critical role in the organization’s foundation and forward momentum. She leads financial oversight, including budgeting, payroll, and performance analysis, while also driving HR strategy and supporting team development. Known for her ability to bring clarity to complexity, she ensures the business runs efficiently while keeping both team members and numbers aligned.

Beyond the numbers, Kimberly is a true relationship-builder with a love for creating meaningful experiences—both in and outside of the workplace. When she’s off the clock, you’ll likely find her traveling with her husband, soaking up sunshine with her toes in the sand and saltwater in her hair—living life as if “It’s 5 o’clock somewhere!”

At home, she enjoys time with her family and her beloved furbabies, who keep life entertaining (and occasionally unpredictable). A self-proclaimed home décor enthusiast, Kimberly is always dreaming up her next design project—often rearranging spaces and thrifting for those collectible pieces just for the fun of it (much to her husband’s amusement).

She’s a fan of the classics—especially the Aliens and Jaws trilogies—and is convinced that Sheldon from The Big Bang Theory would absolutely be her best friend if given the chance. Still sitting at the top of her bucket list? Diving with Great Whites.
