VC Urgent Care is a locally owned, independent walk-in clinic serving the Lehi, Utah community from its location in the Holbrook Farms neighborhood. Open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., VC Urgent Care was built to fill a real gap in the market: fast, affordable, compassionate care without the wait times or costs of an emergency room.

The clinic offers a full range of services, including treatment for common illnesses and injuries, on-site lab work, digital X-ray, sports physicals, DOT physicals, and workplace health services. Their mission is simple: provide prompt, high-quality care that fits patients' lives, keeping families and employees healthy without the stress of traditional healthcare settings.

VC Urgent Care opened its doors in August 2025 as a brand-new clinic with no existing patient base and no digital advertising presence. From day one, the goal was growth.

The Challenge

Launching a new urgent care clinic is one of the hardest marketing challenges in healthcare. VC Urgent Care had no brand recognition, no patient history, and no paid advertising when they opened. Their early patient volume reflected that reality: just 2.3 patients per day in their opening month.

In a competitive Utah market, organic growth alone was not enough to reach the patient volumes they needed. The team needed a strategy that would drive meaningful, measurable results quickly while keeping acquisition costs under control.

The Strategy We Implemented

To help VC Urgent Care increase patient volume in Lehi, UT, we built a targeted Google Ads strategy focused on immediate visibility and high-intent patient searches. The goal was to connect the clinic with people actively looking for urgent care, walk-in care, and same-day medical services in the surrounding area.

The Results

  • Patient volume jumped 52% in the first month of ads alone, rising from 4.8 patients per day to 7.3
  • Volume continued climbing through March and April, reaching a peak of 9.0 average patients per day in April 2026
  • Best single day on record: 21 patients on May 17, 2026
  • Best full month: April 2026, with 270 total appointments
  • Overall growth since the January baseline: +88%
