Southern Immediate Care had opened a new location in Chelsea, and competitors soon followed suit, establishing their own centers nearby. Additionally, they acquired an existing urgent care facility in Hoover, with the goal of increasing patient numbers in this densely populated area. To achieve this, they aimed to enhance their patient load through targeted digital marketing. Alongside lead generation, they sought to bolster their brand presence on social media, fostering a stronger connection with the local community.
