Since 1999, EW Motion Therapy’s mission has been helping clients transform themselves through sustainable, corrective physical therapy, and wellness programming. They have a unified approach to treatment, one that treats the body as an integrated system rather than individual parts or isolated groups. The Challenge
When we began working with EW Motion Therapy, they expressed their need to bring in new patients on a predictable basis. They were about to open their 5th location and were wanting to focus on growing that clinic as well. We needed to come up with a strategy that would help them both grow through potential clients searching for their services as well as creating social proof and establishing trust through social media.
The Strategy We Implemented
Our SEO strategy was multi-location. In order to rank 5 separate locations we needed to create multiple location pages, service pages, Google Business Profiles, and blog posting strategy. We were able to get all locations to the map 3-pack within 4 months
In an effort to increase new patient volume in underperforming locations, we used Google Ads with excellent results. Not only did this increase their SEO presence (unintended benefit) but we were able to target the exact audience needed to convert clicks into new patient volume
Brainstormed a social media plan with EW’s leadership team to establish a social media strategy to better utilize their platforms
Organized content from the social media coordinators from each location before scheduling posts including monthly featured posts of services, core values, and team member spotlights
