Since 1999, EW Motion Therapy’s mission has been helping clients transform themselves through sustainable, corrective physical therapy, and wellness programming. They have a unified approach to treatment, one that treats the body as an integrated system rather than individual parts or isolated groups. The Challenge
When we began working with EW Motion Therapy, they expressed their need to bring in new patients on a predictable basis. They were about to open their 5th location and were wanting to focus on growing that clinic as well. We needed to come up with a strategy that would help them both grow through potential clients searching for their services as well as creating social proof and establishing trust through social media.
The Strategy We Implemented
To address the objectives set by EW Motion Therapy, we implemented a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that leveraged search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads, and social media management to enhance visibility, patient volume, and community engagement across multiple locations.
Multi-Location SEO Strategy: We developed a robust SEO strategy to rank five separate locations. This involved creating multiple location pages, service pages, Google Business Profiles, and a consistent blog posting strategy. Through diligent efforts, we achieved significant results, getting all locations into the Google Maps 3-pack within four months.
Google Ads Campaigns for Underperforming Locations: To increase new patient volume in underperforming locations, we utilized targeted Google Ads campaigns. These campaigns not only drove immediate patient acquisition but also provided an unintended benefit of boosting the clinic's overall SEO presence. By precisely targeting the audience most likely to convert, we significantly increased new patient volume through effective click-to-conversion strategies.
Social Media Strategy Development: Collaborating with the leadership team, we brainstormed and established a comprehensive social media strategy to better utilize their platforms. This strategy aimed to build a cohesive online presence and strengthen community engagement.
Content Organization and Scheduling: We organized content from social media coordinators at each location and scheduled posts, including monthly featured posts highlighting services, core values, and team member spotlights. This approach ensured consistent and engaging content that resonated with the local community and reinforced the clinic’s brand values.
