For those in need of medical care for a non-life-threatening illness or injury, the clinic offers urgent care for patients of all ages, staffed by dedicated medical professionals committed to ensuring health and overall well-being.

The Challenge

The owner of AFC Urgent Care approached us after a challenging 12 months since opening. Despite investing an average of $7,000 per month in PPC, Google My Business optimization, and SEO, the clinic was struggling to reach a higher number of patients. During the winter, the clinic reached up to 22 patients per day (ppd) on average, but recently, this number dropped to around 12-13 ppd in March, despite spending close to $10,000 on PPC. The owner felt stuck, believing they had tried every strategy without significant results. Although the clinic boasted a fantastic location, a 4.9 rating, and 291 reviews, the competition in the area was tough to break through. Additionally, the owner actively participated in every community event, but was still disappointed with the clinic's performance and questioned how long it would take to build up a steady patient volume.

The Strategy We Implemented
