Stacey Avery

Stacey Avery brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to the PCMP team. A graduate of Ole Miss with a degree in Interior Design, her career has evolved far beyond design into Accounting (Payables, Receivables, Cost Control Analysis), Project Development, Payroll, Procurement, Logistics, and more. Having worked across so many areas of business, she has a sharp understanding of how teams and systems work together.

While she’s held management roles, Stacey thrives behind the scenes—providing clear, accurate information that keeps operations running smoothly and teams aligned. She finds fulfillment in supporting others and strengthening the structure that allows great work to happen.

Outside of work, she channels her creativity into designing spaces around her home—including her own 3,000-square-foot deck—and cultivating rare plants in her garden. Her Mountain Cur, Journie Dawn, proudly holds the title of her beloved child and constant companion.
