LoneStar Urgent Care was started by two young clinicians who met in the urgent care industry and saw an opportunity to disrupt it. The founders saw firsthand how people cringe when they sit in dingy waiting rooms all day or how frustrated people get when they’re already in pain – and greeted at a front desk with zero empathy. Throw in a 5 minute overly rushed visit with a physician, and most leave wondering what “care” they even received in the first place. When care lacks compassion, empathy, reliability and efficiency, people lose faith in their providers. LoneStar Urgent Care believes in a different type of care and calls it the LoneStar Way. It describes the Texas pride they take in their work as they give patients the compassion they deserve.

The Challenge

LoneStar Urgent Care became our client even before opening their first location, starting from a blank slate with no digital presence. Despite this, they had a clear and ambitious vision for their brand and its impact on the community. However, realizing this vision required significant support to establish a strong digital footprint and effectively compete with multiple longstanding urgent care facilities in the area. They needed comprehensive digital marketing expertise to transform their vision into reality and to make a meaningful connection with the local community.

The Strategy We Implemented
